Supervision & Consultation
Over ten years of clinical experience, I have grown and transformed from the view that a therapist is neutral or a "blank slate" in the therapeutic relationship to a feminist, relational, and social justice oriented framework where my I bring more of my authentic self into the room in service of my clients and allow the relationship between us to form the foundation of our work together. As a supervisor, I encourage the therapists I work with to develop their unique voice and style that is informed by their life experience. I am passionate about helping new therapists learn to integrate somatic and experiential approaches to therapy into their work. I also enjoy supporting new therapists who are on a path towards private practice in creating a business and marketing plan that helps them serve clients optimally.
I am currently training to become a CAMFT certified supervisor, which is considered the highest standard in California.
